Yiannis and Memi have a gem of a place in the heart of Argostoli. Not only is the home really well put together, it is both near the town and the many beautiful beaches just a short walk away.
We stayed for an extended period of time and were welcomed like old friends. Everything you might need was well provided for and if there was anything we needed Yiannis was always available!
I can't recommend this place more.
Hope to visit again in the future!

The location was perfect. Ten minutes to walk to the famous square and the views were amazing in a quiet location. The most comfortable beds we ever slept in on holiday. The apartment was very large and there really wasn’t anything it didn’t have. Washing machine was a bonus too. Fantastic
We had one week somewhere else on the island first but wished we’d stayed the full two weeks here :)

Yiannis’s place was perfect for our stay in Kefalonia. The flat is even better than what looks like in the pictures, it is well furnished, modern, and placed in a quiet neighbourhood. Views from the balconies are stunning! It is easy to get out of Argostoli, and the town centre is at walking distance. Parking is very easy in the surroundings. Yiannis was also very helpful and replied swiftly to our questions, everything went very well and our 7 year old was very happy :) If we come again to Kefalonia going to their place again would be a no brainer!

The apartment is very clean & modern with all the amenities and fabulous views over Argostoli. The shower is the best we had in Cefalonia! & the beds super comfortable. The AC works very well, turning off when doors or windows open. Yiannis was very helpful. We’d love to visit again

Everything was perfect! The house had everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view of the harbor was incredible. The sleeping mattresses were anatomical and orthopedic. Air conditioning was available in all rooms. There was enough space for parking. Thanks a lot for everything!
